Call the branch on 01474 569874 before you bring goods back. Have the receipt, or the name the goods were sold under.

Bagged goods that are unopened, and that the yard normally stocks, can usually come back. Special-order lines, cut timber, and opened bags need the branch to agree first.

If something is faulty, call and the yard will deal with it. This page is the counter’s working rule. It does not replace your statutory rights.
